What to expect when you book a 1:1 Healing Session
✧ After booking
Once your session is booked, you don't need to do anything immediately.
You'll receive:
- A confirmation email to reassure you that everything is in place
- A short enquiry form within 24–48 hours, so I can understand where you are and how to best support you
There is no rush. This process is designed to help you settle, not perform.
✧ Before the session
After reviewing your enquiry, I'll personally reach out to schedule a time that works for you.
You'll then receive:
- Clear session details
- A Zoom link
- Simple guidance to help you feel grounded and prepared
You won't be asked to set intentions, prepare answers, or "be in a certain state." We'll begin with a short guided grounding meditation together.
✧ During the session
Each healing session is unique — because each person and each moment is unique.
Throughout our time together:
- Your free will is always respected
- Your body’s signals and boundaries are honoured
- There is no forcing, pushing, or fixed formula
You may speak, rest, or stay quiet.
You may feel clarity, emotion, stillness, or subtle shifts — all are valid. Or you may simply feel present — there is no “right” experience.
This work moves at the pace your system is ready for.
