Your deposit is fully applied to your crystal order. If you do not purchase crystals, you still keep your reading and recommendations.

The deposit covers the personalised energy reading, intuitive selection process, and consultation time. This work is completed whether or not you go on to purchase crystals. If you place an order, the £55 deposit is fully applied toward your selection.
How are crystals cleansed and prepared?
Every crystal is prepared with care and intention before dispatch. This is part of how I work with the pieces I source, so they arrive ready to be received.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The Etsy collection is based in the UK and ships internationally. You are welcome to get in touch before ordering if you have a question about shipping to your country.
What if I am new to crystals and do not know where to start?
That is exactly what Crystal Concierge is for. You do not need prior knowledge or experience. Simply share where you are and what you are moving through, and I will guide you from there. The Crystal Oracle is also a gentle place to begin.
Are these crystals ethically sourced?
I source consciously and choose each piece with care for both its origin and its energy. Ethical sourcing and respectful relationships with suppliers are an important part of how I work.
Will I receive the exact crystal shown in the listing?
Yes, unless a listing clearly states otherwise. Each piece is individually photographed so you can choose the one that feels right for you.
