Why is the £55 deposit non-refundable?
The deposit covers Yanting's energy reading and curation time — this is meaningful, personal work that exists independently of whether you go on to purchase. You'll receive your personal crystal guide and energy reading no matter what. If you do order your crystals, the full £55 is applied to the cost.
What exactly will I receive?
You'll receive a PDF document containing your personal energy reading, 3–5 crystal recommendations (each with an explanation of why it was chosen and how to work with it), and a combined crystal guide you can keep. It arrives by email within 3 days of your deposit being confirmed.
Do I need any experience with crystals?
Not at all. The consultation is designed for everyone — whether you've never held a crystal or you work with them regularly. You just need to share a little about where you are right now. No knowledge required.
What if I don't want to buy crystals after the reading?
That's completely fine. The reading is yours to keep regardless. The deposit covers the reading itself — there's no obligation to purchase, and no pressure. Many people find the reading valuable on its own.
Can I order as a gift for someone else?
Yes — you can fill in the consultation form on their behalf, sharing what you know about them and what they're going through. Yanting will select crystals suited to their energy, and the guide can be addressed to them directly.
How long does it take to receive my guide?
Your personal crystal guide and energy reading will arrive within 3 days of your deposit being confirmed. Yanting takes time with each consultation — she doesn't rush the process.
