How come your price is better than on Etsy?
Because shopify has lower fees and this is one of the reason we want to bring the work here to benefit more of our loyal clients.
How long it will take for custom products to be dispatched?
For bracelet, it takes about 3 days as we will channel in your energy to pick the gems serving the best in your present energy.
For crystal grids will be about 5 days to channel and design.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every crystal is cleansed and wrapped with love in gift tissue paper, following a protective packaging layer. We're proud to use mainly sustainable materials, recycling 90% of bubble wrap from our suppliers. Jewellery orders are presented in charming boxes or pouches. Extra gift packaging for entire orders and complimentary birthday cards for gift orders are available upon request. For bespoke gift-wrapping needs, please message us - we're delighted to assist!
Where do your crystals come from? Are your crystals ethically sourced?
At My Gem Closet, ethical sourcing is our priority. We meticulously select our crystals from reputable suppliers—distributors, jewellers, and miners—ensuring authenticity and quality. Our vetting includes verifying ethical trading, ensuring fair compensation, and opposing underage labour. Although this means slightly higher costs, we choose to support ethical, sustainable businesses, providing you with genuine crystals while upholding our commitment to ethical practices in the industry.
How are the crystals cleansed and charged before shipping?
All our crystals are lovingly cared for in a cleansed environment, ensuring they reach you with the purest energy. We regularly purify our shelves and space using Palo Santo, and occasionally integrate sage, essential oils, and moon water for specialized cleansing sessions. Before packaging your order, each crystal is smudged with Palo Santo to clear its energy, ensuring it arrives to you vibrantly charged and ready to assist in your journey.
How are the crystals packaged for shipping?
Once the crystals are cleansed, each crystal is wrapped with utmost care using protective packaging, utilizing shredded paper and bubble wrap, and finally enveloped in gift tissue paper. We’re committed to eco-friendly practices; thus, 90% of our bubble wrap is recycled from supplier packaging. Small items, especially for international orders, may be sent in bubble protective envelopes to minimize shipping weight, and we delight in adding extra little gifts within the available weight allowance.
How long will it take to receive my order and can I track it?
All orders come with tracking. UK orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48; for next-day delivery, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, dispatched within 24 hours.
International orders to EU countries typically take about 7 working days, while other destinations may take around 15.
Note that peak seasons and special events (e.g., postal strikes) can cause delays, potentially extending delivery to up to a month in certain scenarios. Express international delivery can be arranged upon request; please message us for details.
What is your return policy and how can I expect my refund?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Ensure items are returned in original condition, using secure packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we'll process your refund promptly. For items damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, providing photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label, enabling us to manage claims with the courier and facilitate your refund.
Custom and personalised orders Absolutely!
We maintain a vast inventory and listing crystals individually can be time-intensive. We welcome special requests for items you might be seeking that are not listed online. Whether it’s an item we have offline or something we can source for you, we're always delighted to assist you in finding your desired crystal.

We're based in Manchester and would be thrilled to welcome you for an in-person visit! Simply send us a message to book a time.
